About Paula
I started my career as an Interior Designer, helping people envision and create their ideal living spaces. While I loved this work, I soon realized that I was most fulfilled when assisting my clients not only design their homes, but also their lives. I became passionate about unlocking the personal and professional potential of others and working with them to find fulfilment in all aspects of their lives.
This is what led me to become an Executive Coach. My ‘Design your life’ approach is anchored in client visualization, where values are prioritized, and career and personal choices are built around them.
I specialize in helping leaders and entrepreneurs build successful relationships using creative strategies that drive innovation and growth. Whether it's improving communication skills, building trust, or collaborating more effectively, I can help both individuals and teams achieve their goals.
In addition to my work in Executive Coaching, I have a deep understanding of the complexities of relationships, particularly during life's more difficult transitions. As a Transition Recovery Coach, I work with individuals navigating the challenges of separation and divorce, as well as career shifts and loss. I support them with guidance so that they can move forward with confidence and clarity.
Creativity is one of my principal values as I believe it’s a key ingredient to unlocking new opportunities and reaching one’s full potential. By taking a creative approach to Life and Relationship, as well as Executive Coaching, I help my clients think outside the box, challenge assumptions, and find innovative solutions so that they can show up as their “Best Self “with intention, clarity, and confidence.
